For several years the land of OT has been in complete anarchy. Bands of viscous trolls roam the countryside, feeding off anyone foolish enough to reply to their taunts, a mysterious plague which spreads verbally has been causing anyone who listens to become carriers comes and goes in short bursts taking out segments of the populace before vanishing again, while lesser memes trap people and confuse them. CMs stalk the wilds trying to enforce some kind order upon the wasteland despite the sheer chaos that ensues., although sometimes their thirst for order ends up destroying legitimate meetings.
Recently however, several denizens have banded together to form a nation that will guard against these evils. This is the OT nation.
